Coach Dee (Deirdre Adams), widely known as Evangelist Adams and affectionately called Coach Dee and Coach Mother, is an Ordained Evangelist, Reverend, Honorary Doctor of Humane Letters, Certified Structural Master Life Coach, mentor, author, keynote speaker, and transformational leader dedicated to helping others live with purpose, passion, and unwavering faith.

With more than 21 years of faithfully proclaiming the Gospel of Jesus Christ and over 17 years of coaching and mentoring experience, Coach Dee has devoted her life to equipping individuals, families, churches, organizations, and communities to overcome obstacles, discover their God-given purpose, and experience lasting transformation.

 

As the Founder and CEO of SOAR, L.L.C. (Strengths Opportunities Aims Results), Coach Dee's passion is to empower others through faith-centered coaching, leadership development, personal growth, and transformational mentoring. Her mission is to inspire people to rise above life's challenges with confidence, courage, and conviction while living intentionally and fulfilling their divine purpose.

In addition to her ministry and coaching, Coach Dee is a retired leadership executive with more than 38 years of experience in the mortgage banking industry, where she led with integrity, excellence, and servant leadership.

 

Today, she continues extending her impact as co-host of the weekly YouTube podcast, It's TIME with Coach K & Coach Dee, alongside her sister, Katrina "Coach K" Jordan.

Together, they provide a safe and empowering space where viewers are encouraged to reflect, reset, and respond with purpose.
